Newburgh Art Supply: Washington Street is Closed for Construction

Washington Street will be closed east of Grand Street to the river for major infrastructure work. To get to our shop please come via Liberty St to Washington St then left on Grand St. It's fairly well-signed but if you have any difficulty, feel free to call us and we'll get you here!

WHO WE ARE

Proprietors Michael and Gerardo are proud residents of the City of Newburgh. With this venture we aspire to maintain a reliable, responsive resource for local artists and a place where beginners and students will be confident in finding the right materials for their needs. As much as we are selling an ever-growing curated inventory, we are artists too and enjoy sharing our knowledge and the experience we've gained by discussing projects, practices and materials. We might not always have what you need but we can usually point you in the right direction.

As a small business we understand the importance of our role in building community. Our success has come from a business model that has brought residents and outsiders alike downtown again.

We actively connect local artists with other artists and available spaces/venues, host art events and promote the ever-evolving arts community in the City of Newburgh. Join us this year for the 13th Annual Newburgh Open Studios Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1, 2023. And look for the Lightbulb Project in the spring of 2024.
